The Sports Village are closing at 4pm so we need to move our sessions on this date. All those booked in should have received an email informing them of the change - please if you cant now come let me know rather than just cancel, as we can probably shift your booking as paid to another slot.

If you just cancel a booking yourselves you are still charged for it, and I am not able to then refund you via the software!

If there are a lot of you who can make a morning session say 11.30-1 than than the afternoon, let me know as I may be able to change our slot to suit the majority.
