I just thought I would send you a quick note ahead of the bank holiday weekend.

Our group sessions & venues continue to go from strength to strength with beginners sessions now added, demo sessions and I can't thank you enough for your continued support.

May is a rather tricky month in that there are 3 bank holidays, a lot of events going on & a lot of people away. On this basis I hope you don't mind that in order to keep things financially viable we might have to amend some sessions based on the number of people booked in and the feedback I get. Because of this it would be great if people would book onto sessions as soon as they knew they could come, as if there aren't enough booked I do have to cancel courts/sessions and amend plans to benefit the whole group.

If a whole session is cancelled by myself then refunds will be given.

It's great I can access for our group a wide network of picklers who are also keen to fill in spaces as guests when needed, which also gives us chance to play with others rather than having to spend our time and money travelling to other groups. I hope you think this is a nice idea. As guests they dont have all the benefits of being a member like you do. However, we hope that some may enjoy so much they want to join us properly too!
