So good news is we now have arranged a private room at the sports village we can squeeze into for the hour following the event from 6-7pm. Rather than take up your time playing 4-6pm we will do the presentation and take the remains of the food bits into the room afterwards, so I hope a lot of you can stay a little longer. (Anyone wanting to then go on to pub afterwards can do).

I put the arrival on Saturday as 3.30pm in case we had to the presentation first, but now we are doing it after, so if everyone is around for just before 4pm to the hall that will be fine.
