Wow, what a day!

Such a brilliant atmosphere, so many PBC UK members supporting & cheering each other on made all the difference to our fantastic results:

Both Jason & Ewan getting to the quarter finals of the 4.5 competition in their resepctive groups, Ben winning some of his matches at this higher level too.

Jack Edwards in his first competition gaining SILVER in the 3.5 18+ category 🥈 Callum Bennett going through after winning his round robin matches to the next knock out stage of 3.5.

Jack Fennell winning 3/5 of his matches, Tully coming 3rd in his 18+ years round robin group just missing out on going through - AMAZING ACHIEVEMENT for having been very ill so recently and against much older players. Young Noah, who started with PBC UK getting a bronze medal in the juniors which is fantastic. Billy competing in his first English Open 🎉

Hard to have 2 of our members facing each other Charlotte facing Jemma in the BRONZE medal match, with Charlotte taking the win this time 🥉

Doris Woo winning GOLD 🥇and pulling off some truly amazing shots while we watched!

And myself grinding my way to a GOLD MEDAL 🥇 in the 4.0 35+ category, with support all the way from everyone. Thanks so much!

Was also great to witness Thaddea Lock (UK number 1) beating Susanna Barr (USA pro) on centre court. Just fantastic!
