I must say what a great session the top spin one was today. Rob is a great enthusiastic coach who really helped me to understand the dynamics of how to manage top spin.
Although it will be a while until they all go over the net I will continue to drill until it becomes natural and caress the balls in my sleep as suggested!
Have only heard good things about this so hope it can be repeated soon!
Yes I thoroughly enjoyed it, albeit short due to late arrival following the M54 accident! Thanks for sorting this event Fe, Sab for the help and Rob was great, like Andrew says, really enthusiastic, which is catching! It was a really good session and went beyond what I was expecting! I was really happy to practice drives, serves and soft shots.
Hopefully we can get Rob back again and do the same again, or switch up the shots/backend etc
