Great performances all weekend from our members out here competing in the Andalucian Open Tournament. Grand total of 10 MEDALS 🥳which is AMAZING, as well as lots of very close losses at the quarter finals stages - well done to Andrew F, Phil Bradley, Sarah

& Brenda, Brenda & Charlie, Fe and Fabio. Jason was super unlucky with his draws narrowly losing all 3 quarter finals (singles, doubles and mixed) at 5.0 level - 13-15, 14-16 with 2 partners he had never previously partnered. Fantastic effort and good improvement by everyone v. very tough opposition!

Big congrats to those playing in their FIRST overseas competition which can be daunting, but the friendlly atmosphere here at Rota does help :) (apart from a few stroppy Spanish players 😂) and the support of the group on the sidelines has made it great fun group experience, so thank you.
