FEBRUARY 4th/5th - 1st CENTRAL ENGLAND FESTIVAL, BIRMINGHAM
Sell out event with 200 players from around the UK attending this festival held at Tipton Tennis Academy. 14 playing courts, coaching clinics & an exhibition pro match.
FEBRUARY 18th/19th - Shropshire festival's KIDS FEST, TELFORD
Free pickleball for PBC UK members & their families at The Kids Festival, Telford International Centre in conjunction with Shropshire Festivals.

An exclusive coaching clinic for PBC UK members at our Telford venue lead by level 2 master teaching professional IPTPA level 2 coach, Rob Williams & level 1 coach, Fiona Edwards.
June 24th & 25th - PICKLEBALL @ THE FOOD FESTIVAL
PBC UK members were invited to help introduce festival go-ers to our wonderful sport at the Food Festival in Shrewsbury's quarry park which attracted 16,000 people!
JULY 2nd - 1st SHROPSHIRE PICKLEBALL FESTIVAL
Held at The Shrewsbury Sports Village on 8 courts indoor , 3 courts outdoor as well as the pickleball wall challenge. A whole range of pickleball paddles were available to demo from The UK Pickleball Shop.​
JUly 29th & 30th - 1st ALGARVE FESTIVAL
PBC UK organised the first ever Algarve Pickleball festival & tournament at Clube Tenis de Quarteira, Portugal. Players from all over Portugal & the UK came to experience outdoor play.
AUGUST 2nd - SPANISH PRO-COACHING CLINIC
A small selection of our members enjoyed a special coaching clinic at The Shrewsbury Sports Village. The 5.0 rated Spanish Coaches from Rota, Spain delivered a series of drills for our members to practise as well as playing matches with them & provided invaluable doubles tactics advice.
AUGUST 27th - 1st TELFORD PICKLEBALL FESTIVAL
The first all day Telford Festival was held at Telford Langley School on 8 indoor courts. Spaces sold out, being limited to 64 players.

8th & 22nd OCTOBER - TEAM EVENTS
Two team events were held at The Shrewsbury Sports Village. Teams consisted of 2 men, 2 ladies into category ratings 3-4 or 4+. The two dates were two separate events. These events proved invaluble practise for The Nationals at the end of October.
10th OCTOBER - WORLD PICKLEBALL DAY
Shrewsbury Sports Village kindly allowed members of the public to attend a free introduction to pickleball hosted by PBC UK members, who also enjoyed playing for free all morning.
19th NOVEMBER - MEMBERS MINI FESTIVAL
We ended the year with a fun mini festival (charging only £5 only or for free subject to loyalty points gained during the year) at The Shrewsbury Sports Village 10am-2pm. It was a fitting celebration of all our PBC UK achievements as a group this year and prizes were presented to members.
